This one day workshop aimed to generate common principles, identify resources and best practices, to address the challenge of workplace harassment. This workshop will review instances on how to deal with these trending workplace harassments while providing the most appropriate management practice tips.
This workshop includes Anti-Harassment Act and associated laws within Singapore and will help delegates in recognising the challenges and limitations of the legislation in the workplace. On top of that, it will also cover the step-by-step process of investigating such scenarios.
Delegates will also have the opportunity to learn on ways of establishing HR policy on bullying and harassment, such policy are crucial to protect against any legalities that may emerge.
This training uses state of the art research, relevant case reviews and class interactions to acquire a thorough understanding of the workplace harassment.

Workshop Trainer:
Workshop Trainer's HR experience spans close to 35 years, living and working both locally and globally. He is well-versed in the Asian setting, having worked in Asia as a Regional Human Resource Director. He also spent 3 years in India and setting a back office HR data unit for the global Alfa Laval Group.
Prior to his 7 years with Alfa Laval, Ian was Senior Vice President, Human Resources, for ABB/ Adtranz for 16 years in UK and Germany. His responsibilities included major restructuring and leading to a significant change in HR strategy.
During his career and especially during his management of two large sized HR functions (numbering an average of 50 and 100 HR professionals respectively), Ian has led several formal mentoring programmes.
His previous positions held in Asia include Regional HR Leadership at Franklin Templeton, covering Asia, Middle East, Sub Saharan Africa and Oceania region.
His core expertise includes senior executive development and coaching. He has been delivering training to HR personnel and upper management level personnel globally.
