This workshop will review instances on how to deal with these trending workplace harassments while providing the most appropriate management practice tips.\n\nThis workshop includes Anti-Harassment Act and associated laws within Singapore and will help delegates in recognising the challenges and limitations of the legislation in the workplace. He is well-versed in the Asian setting\, having worked in Asia as a Regional Human Resource Director. He also spent 3 years in India and setting a back office HR data unit for the global Alfa Laval Group.\n\nPrior to his 7 years with Alfa Laval\, Ian was Senior Vice President\, Human Resources\, for ABB/ Adtranz for 16 years in UK and Germany. His responsibilities included major restructuring and leading to a significant change in HR strategy.\n\nDuring his career and especially during his management of two large sized HR functions (numbering an average of 50 and 100 HR professionals respectively)\, Ian has led several formal mentoring programmes.\n\nHis previous positions held in Asia include Regional HR Leadership at Franklin Templeton\, covering Asia\, Middle East\, Sub Saharan Africa and Oceania region.\n\nHis core expertise includes senior executive development and coaching.
