The trainer will introduce the different classes of fire and its respective prevention methods. The different types of fire extinguishers along with fixed fire control system will also be discussed.\n\nThe second part of the workshop will focus on the flammable and combustible liquids. He is a Certified Department of Defense (DOD) Airport Firefighter and Firefighter I where he also holds a certificate in Hazardous Material Operations. Following his service with the United States Marine Corps\, he also served as a State Firefighter for the Air National Guard holding responsibility for a variety of fire prevention and response efforts.\n\nFollowing his service within the Fire and Rescue field he transitioned his experience into law enforcement where he served as a Police Officer for a major metropolitan police department and as a law enforcement advisor in Afghanistan\, performing surveys and assessments of multiple facilities while assisting in the development of emergency plans and instructing a variety of subjects.\n\nFollowing his service in Afghanistan\, he returned to the United States where he has provided corporate security for multiple Fortune 500 organisations holding responsibility for all facets of the emergency planning and response functions\, at a variety of facilities. He now draws on his experience and anecdotes providing training to a variety of individuals and organisations around the world on multiple public safety and security issues.\n\nIn addition to his extensive experience in public safety he is currently a member of the International Association of Professional Security Consultants (IAPSC) and an Executive Advisory Board Member and Fellow (FABCHS) at the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security (ABCHS) holding their highest credential (CHS-V).
